Robert DeCusati was the CFO of ESP Packaging. In this position, he coordinated the sale and lease back of the company’s property in Holliston, MA. John and Nikki Holcomb, the company’s Owners stated “He developed a creative solution that allowed for the on-going operations in New England but also generated the cash flow we needed at the time.
